Any conflict can be submitted to the independent Geschillencommissie Waterrecreatie (Water Recreation Dispute Committee). The parties involved are required to comply with the ruling of this dispute committee. Moreover, HISWA Vereniging, the trade association of the waters sport industry, offers a financial guarantee up to a maximum of € 14.000. You are assured of maximum security.
